Heather Allen, President
Heather joined the Fort Bend Junior Service League in 2016. She chose the Sugar Plum Market Committee as her placement from 2016-2019 in an effort to raise money for charitable organizations serving Fort Bend County. In 2018 and 2019, Heather served as Sugar Plum Market Co-Chair. She has also served as Director of Technology on the Board of Directors. This will be Heather’s second year on the Board. Tanesha Mosley, President-Elect
Tanesha joined the Fort Bend Junior Service League in 2018. During her Provisional year, she volunteered extensively with Gigi’s Playhouse, Lunches of Love, and Fort Bend Children’s Museum and Sugar Plum Market. Katara Goings, Vice President
Katara joined the Fort Bend Junior Service League in 2018. She chose two placements in her first active year as both a Sugar Plum Market Committee member and a Provisional Mentor. In 2020, Katara had the distinct honor of serving on the Beneficiary Review Committee.

Brandy Edwards, Secretary
Brandy joined the Fort Bend Junior Service League in 2018. During her provisional year she volunteered with Lunches of Love, Gigi’s Playhouse, Reining Strength Therapeutic Horsemanship, Fort Bend Children’s Museum and Houston Museum of Natural Science – Sugar Land. For the past 3 years, she chose the Fort Bend Teen Service League as her placement to continue her passion of mentoring teens. She has also served on the Sugar Plum Market committee. This is Brandy’s first year on the Board of Directors. In her free time, she enjoys dancing, listening to music, and styling accessories. Brandy can be reached at email@example.com.
Kelly Evans, Treasurer
Kelly Evans returns for her second year on the Board of Directors, continuing as Treasurer. Kelly joined the Fort Bend Junior Service League in 2016, serving on the Sugar Plum Market Committee. The following year she became a Provisional Mentor to a group of amazing ladies. The two years prior to joining the Board, Kelly was on the Beneficiary Review Committee in various roles. When she is not spending time with her husband and daughter, Kelly enjoys traveling, catching up with friends and listening to the Bloomberg Wire while making custom sterling silver jewelry. Kimberly Camp, Director of Membership
Kimberly joined FBJSL in 2011. She has served on various placements including Fort Bend Literacy Council, Charity Ball and the Advisory Council. She also served over the last 8 years working on the Sugar Plum Market, co-chairing the event in 2017 and 2018. This is Kimberly’s second year to serve on the Board of Directors. Sarah Kuehl, Director of Public Relations
Sarah joined FBJSL in 2013. She has served on the Sugar Plum Market Committee for the past 8 years, co-chairing the event in 2017 and 2018. Karen Dulyunan, Director of Technology
Karen joined FBJSL in 2011 and is an Associate. She has had several leadership positions within the League, such as Provisional Mentor, Placement Lead, and Fort Bend Teen Service League Mentor for the past 5 years. Jessica Gregory, Director of New Members
Jessica joined Fort Bend Junior Service League in 2017, serving as both a Mentor and Mentor Lead. Through her energy and commitment, Jessica has built a solid reputation for leading and motivating others. Jessica is proud of having lived in Fort Bend County nearly all her life and is excited to welcome this year’s new members to share her passion for the League. Stacy Roncal, Director of Community Service
Stacy joined FBJSL in 2018, serving with Lunches of Love, Gigi’s Playhouse, Houston Museum of Natural Science Sugar Land and Fort Bend Teen League. She then served as the Placement Lead for Reining Strength. This is Stacy’s second year on the Board of Directors. Heather Brown, Sugar Plum Market Liaison
Heather joined FBJSL in 2011. She has served on the Sugar Plum Market Committee nine years, having co-chaired in 2017 and 2018. She has also served on the FBJSL Advisory Council. Heather is actively involved in serving at her children’s school as well. This is her second year to serve on the board. Colleen Fox, Past President
Colleen joined the Fort Bend Junior Service League in 2013. From 2014-2017, she served as a Court Appointed Special Advocate for Child Advocates of Fort Bend. This is Colleen’s fifth year serving on the Board of Directors, having held prior positions of Director of Community Service, President-Elect and President. When not busy with League duties, Colleen can usually be found doing home improvement projects with her husband, driving her two sons around town, or reading a book as an escape.
