Tanesha Mosley
Tanesha joined the Fort Bend Junior Service League in 2018. During her Provisional year, she volunteered extensively with Gigi’s Playhouse, Lunches of Love, and Fort Bend Children’s Museum and Sugar Plum Market. Jessica Gregory
Jessica joined the Fort Bend Junior Service League in 2017. Since completing her provisional year, she has served the League as a Mentor, Mentor Lead and has spent the last two years the Director of New Members. Through her energy and commitment, Jessica has built a solid reputation for leading and motivating others. Having lived in Fort Bend County nearly all her life, Jessica is excited to continue to share her passion for the League by serving FBJSL as the President Elect this year. Brandy Edwards
Brandy joined the Fort Bend Junior Service League in 2018. During her Provisional year she volunteered with FBTSL, Lunches of Love, Gigi’s Playhouse, Reining Strength Therapeutic Horsemanship, Fort Bend Children’s Museum, and the Houston Museum of Natural Science at Sugar Land. For her first active year, she chose two placements as a committee member for the Sugar Plum Market and FBTSL. Throughout her years in the League, she has worked with the FBTSL to continue her passion of mentoring teens. This is Brandy’s second year on the Board of Directors. Laura Kagy
Laura Kagy joined FBJSL in 2020. She chose to be a Provisional Mentor during her first active year and loved meeting all of the new members. She is excited to join the Board this year to serve with amazing women.
In her free time, Laura enjoys crafting, sewing, reading and hanging out with her family. She lives in Fulshear with her husband, two teenagers and two dogs. Laura can be reached at secretary@fbjsl.com.

Kelly Evans
Kelly Evans returns for her third year on the Board of Directors, continuing as Treasurer. Kelly joined the Fort Bend Junior Service League in 2016, serving on the Sugar Plum Market Committee. The following year she became a Provisional Mentor to a group of amazing ladies. The two years prior to joining the Board, Kelly was on the Beneficiary Review Committee in various roles. When she is not spending time with her husband and daughter, Kelly enjoys traveling, catching up with friends and listening to the Bloomberg Wire while making custom sterling silver jewelry. Sarah Kuehl
Sarah joined FBJSL in 2013. She has served on the Sugar Plum Market Committee for the past 8 years, co-chairing the event in 2017 and 2018. Michelle Cano
Michelle joined FBJSL in 2020. During the challenging COVID year of lock down she was still able to serve with Lunches of Love, Child Advocates of Ft. Bend, Reining Strength, and the Rainbow Room. She then served as the 2021-22 Placement Lead for Child Advocates of Ft. Bend where she also trained to become a CASA. This is Michelle’s first year on the Board of Directors. Michelle enjoys playing golf, Book Club, Zumba classes, and spending time with her husband and two daughters. She can be reached at communityservice@fbjsl.com.

Theresa Shmerling
Theresa joined the Fort Bend Junior Service League in 2018. Since joining the league, she served on the committees for Child Advocates of Fort Bend’s Christmas Home Tours as house leadership. She has also served on the Sugar Plum Market Committee for the past 3 years, co-chairing the first virtual Sugar Plum Marketplace in 2020 and the 20th anniversary Sugar Plum Market in 2021. This is Theresa’s first year to serve on the Board of Directors.
Theresa and her husband, Marc, live in Richmond where they are raising their four children. When she is not working or running the kids to their sporting activities, she and her husband enjoy playing co-ed sand volleyball and softball together. Theresa can be reached at SPMLiaison@fbjsl.com

Karen Dulyunan
Karen joined FBJSL in 2011 and is an Associate. She has had several leadership positions within the League, such as Provisional Mentor, Placement Lead, and Fort Bend Teen Service League Mentor for 5 years. Jamila Carroll
Jamila joined the Fort Bend Junior Service League in 2018. During her Provisional year she volunteered with FBTSL, Lunches of Love, Gigi’s Playhouse and the Fort Bend Children’s Museum. Jamila enjoyed her Provisional year so much that she decided to become a Provisional Mentor during her first active year. After that, her big personality and love for planning events led her to join the Social Committee. This is Jamila’s first year on the Board of Directors. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, dancing, volunteering, visiting wineries and attending foodie events. Jamila is newly married and has two bonus sons. Elizabeth Keshani-Fisher
Liz joined the Fort Bend Junior Service League in 2019. During her provisional year she volunteered with Lunches of Love, Reining Strength Therapeutic Horsemanship and has served on the Sugar Plum Market Committee for two years. This is Liz’s first year to serve on the Board of Directors. She also enjoys volunteering with the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo Horticulture Committee. Heather Allen
Heather joined the Fort Bend Junior Service League in 2016. She chose the Sugar Plum Market Committee as her placement from 2016-2019 in an effort to raise money for charitable organizations serving Fort Bend County. In 2018 and 2019, Heather served as Sugar Plum Market Co-Chair. She has also served as Director of Technology on the Board of Directors and most recently, League President from 2021-2022.
