Colleen Fox, President
Colleen joined the Fort Bend Junior Service League in 2013. From 2014-2017, she served as a Court Appointed Special Advocate. This is Colleen’s fourth year serving on the Board of Directors. When not busy with League duties, Colleen can usually be found doing home improvement projects with her husband, wrangling her two sons, or reading a book as an escape. Pam Spencer, President-Elect
Pam has been a member of the Fort Bend Junior Service League since 2001. During her long tenure with the League she has served in many capacities including working on the League’s first Charity Ball and Sugar Plum Market. She has served as co-chair on the “Ray of Hope” Golf Classic, Sugar Plum Market and Beneficiary Review Committee. Pam has served on various committees on the Sugar Plum Market and on the Fort Bend County Women’s Center placement. She has also volunteered with Child Advocates of Fort Bend Home Tour as a House Captain and Ticket Chairman and served as President of STARS, an auxiliary group of the Fort Bend County Women’s Center. Pam served on the FBJSL Board of Directors as Vice-President, President-Elect and resided as the League President in 2010-2011. She received the League’s Volunteer of the Year Award in 2012-2013. Kimberly Camp, Vice-President
Kimberly joined FBJSL in 2011. She has served on various placements including Fort Bend Literacy Council, Charity Ball and the Advisory Council. She also served over the last 8 years working on the Sugar Plum Market, co-chairing the event in 2017 and 2018. This is Kimberly’s first year to serve on the Board of Directors. Kelly Evans, Treasurer
Kelly joined the Fort Bend Junior Service League in 2016, serving first on the Sugar Plum Market Committee then as a Provisional Mentor. For the past two years she has been on the Beneficiary Review Committee. She enjoys listening to Bloomberg Wire while making custom sterling silver jewelry. Tanesha joined the Fort Bend Junior Service League in 2018. During her Provisional year, she volunteered extensively with Gigi’s Playhouse, Lunches of Love, and Fort Bend Children’s Museum and Sugar Plum Market. Megan Leonhardt, Director of Membership
Megan joined the Fort Bend Junior Service League in 2017 to give back to the community where she was raised. This year will be Megan’s second year on the FBJSL Board of Directors. Gillian Parker, Director of Public Relations
Gillian joined FBJSL in 2015. She has served as a provisional mentor, on Sugar Plum Committee, East Fort Bend Human Needs Ministry and as Director of Membership. This will be Gillian’s second year on the Board of Directors. When she is not caring for her husband, daughter and three dogs, she is knee deep in glittery Sugar Plum Market décor. Heather Allen, Director of Technology
Heather joined the Fort Bend Junior Service League in 2016. She chose the Sugar Plum Market Committee as her placement from 2016-2019 in an effort to raise money for charitable organizations serving Fort Bend County. Stacy Roncal, Director of Community Service
Stacy joined FBJSL in 2018, serving with Lunches of Love, Gigi’s Playhouse, Houston Museum of Natural Science Sugar Land and Fort Bend Teen League. She then served as the Placement Lead for Reining Strength. This is Stacy’s first year on the Board of Directors. Heather joined FBJSL in 2011. She has served on the Sugar Plum Market Committee nine years having co-chaired in 2017 and 2018. She has also served on the FBJSL Advisory Council and presently is on the steering committee for the Sugar Plum Market Committee. This is her first year to serve on the board.
