Come spend a Day at the Derby with us! The Fort Bend Junior Service League (FBJSL) invites you to enjoy southern fare, mint juleps and fun as we find out who takes home the trophy. Join us Saturday, May 7 from 4-8 p.m. at Sweetwater Country Club.

A host of exciting fundraising festivities include horse shoes (with wine and bourbon pull), live auction, julep & gems and raffle. The Kentucky Derby will be shown live, so get your bow ties and big hats ready!

Here’s a sneak peek at just a couple of our Live auction packages. Puppy Love! Take home a sweet 9-week- old lab/catahoula mix puppy. “Julep” is a fun-loving and adorable rescue with a heart-warming story and the sweetest eyes you’ve ever seen. Give “Julep” the fur-ever home that every puppy deserves. Let’s “Face” it . . . this is fabulous! The Sugar Land Face and Body special includes Botox for one year (four treatments, 50-unit max each), one Vampire facial, one cool sculpting treatment and three other services that you’ll have to come to find out more about.

FBJSL began in 2001 with just 24 founding members. Now with more than 300 volunteers (plus Fort Bend Teen Service League), we serve and raise money for dozens of non-profits in Fort Bend County. We have raised $3.4 million and given grants to more than 60 Fort Bend County agencies over the last 15 years!
